Dark Light

Artificial intelligence has changed the way how people collect and process data as well as transformed business operations across different industries.AI systems are supported by 3 major aspects which are:

1. Domain knowledge

2. Data generation

3. Machine learning

  • Ai is used in wide range of industries such as optimizing logistics, detecting fraud, composing art, conducting research, providing translations and many other tasks.
  • Ai can analyze vast amount of data and provide insight that humans may miss, leading to more informed and accurate decision making.

  •  Al Improve efficiency, reduce costs and provide personalized experience to costumer.
  • By 2030,AI will have created 133 million new jobs.
  • Ai helps in saving time and automating repetitive tasks.

Ai can be used in many fields such as healthcare, finance, transportation, retail and education.AI is a snatcher for many job sectors includes data entry, basic costumer service roles, book keeping.Even assembly line roles are at risk because robots tend to work faster and don’t need bathroom breaks.AI could replace 300 million full time jobs.By 2030, AI will chop around 2.4 billion jobs.

As AI is a machine,It is only able to work on a single task at a time.

A software develop for hospital will only work to diagnose disease but not able to cook, just like humans.

Smart solution,smarter decision:

In the future workplace, human-AI collaboration can be facilitated through:

1. Task automation: AI can handle repetitive tasks.

In the future workplace, human-AI collaboration can be facilitated through:

1. Task allocation: AI can handle repetitive tasks and data analysis, while humans focus on creativity, critical thinking, and complex decision-making.

2. Training and education: Providing training programs to employees on how to effectively collaborate with AI tools can enhance productivity and performance.

3. Clear communication: Establishing clear communication channels between humans and AI systems to ensure seamless interaction and understanding of each other’s capabilities and limitations.

4. Ethical guidance: Implementing ethical guidelines to govern AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in decision-making processes.

5. Feedback mechanism: Developing mechanisms for humans to provide feedback to AI systems, enabling continuous improvement and adaptation to changing needs.

6. Team building: Encouraging team-building activities to foster trust and collaboration between humans and AI systems, promoting a positive work environment.

7 flexibility : Creating flexible systems that can adapt to evolving tasks and challenges, allowing humans and AI to work together more effectively.

8. Data privacy and security: Prioritizing data privacy and security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain trust between humans and AI systems.

9. Inclusive design: Designing AI systems with inclusivity in mind to ensure accessibility for all employees, regardless of background or abilities.

10. Continuos learning: Promoting a culture of continuous learning and skill development to keep pace with advancements in AI technology and maximize its potential in workplace.

  • I consider AI is not harmful as AI needs human to design their working to perform specific task. Without human, AI is like a box which is useless and only occupies space but not worth of doing something and sits like a showpiece.
